Yes, most estimates are completely free of charge. For straightforward projects, we can often provide a quote remotely based on photos and a description. For larger or more complex renovations, an on-site consultation may be required to ensure accuracy. We will always let you know in advance.
Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Small repairs or single-room updates can often be completed within a day or two, while full kitchen or bathroom renovations typically take one to three weeks. Full home renovations may require several weeks to months. We always provide a clear timeline before work begins.
We offer flexible options. We can supply all necessary materials on your behalf, or work with materials you have already sourced, depending on your preference and project requirements. Either way, we ensure only quality materials are used in every job.
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 90 day workmanship warranty on all completed projects, covering defects directly attributable to our work. The specific warranty terms and conditions will be clearly outlined in your project agreement before work begins. Your peace of mind is a priority for us.
Yes. AMA Renovations is a registered business in the Province of Ontario. We operate in full compliance with applicable provincial regulations and carry Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage, ensuring protection for both our workers and our clients on every project.
We accept e-transfer, cash, and other mutually agreed payment methods. Payment schedules and accepted methods will be confirmed in your project agreement. If you have specific payment needs, feel free to discuss them with us during the quoting process.
For some projects, particularly larger renovations requiring material procurement, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount and payment schedule will always be discussed and agreed upon upfront, with full transparency before you commit to anything.
Start dates depend on our current project schedule and the scope of your job. We always do our best to accommodate clients as quickly as possible. For urgent repairs or time-sensitive projects, contact us directly and we'll do everything we can to prioritize your needs.
