AMA Renovations is a renovation contractor serving residential and commercial clients in the Greater Toronto Area. We provide services including but not limited to full home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, flooring installation, drywall, painting, demolition, framing, and general construction.
AMA Renovations is a registered business in the Province of Ontario. We operate in full compliance with applicable Ontario regulations and carry Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage, ensuring protection for both our workers and our clients on every project.

Submitting an inquiry through our contact form does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. A formal agreement between AMA Renovations and the client is required before any work begins.
All quotes and estimates provided are subject to an on-site assessment and may be revised based on the actual scope of work. A written project agreement signed by both parties governs all renovation services.
All renovation work performed by AMA Renovations is carried out in accordance with the scope defined in the signed project agreement and in compliance with applicable Ontario Building Code standards and industry best practices.
Any additions, modifications, or changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the additional work. Change Orders are billed separately and are not covered under the original project price.
Work not listed in the signed project agreement is considered outside the scope and will not be performed without a separate written authorization.
Payment terms are established in the signed project agreement for each engagement. The following general conditions apply to all projects unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cash, and other methods mutually agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.
Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith and are subject to change based on material availability, weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, client-requested changes, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
AMA Renovations will communicate any material delays to the client as soon as reasonably possible. Schedule adjustments do not constitute a breach of the service agreement unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the contractor.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing within the project agreement, the homeowner or property owner is responsible for obtaining all required building permits and scheduling inspections with the applicable municipal authority.
AMA Renovations will perform all work in compliance with applicable codes and standards. However, the contractor is not responsible for delays, costs, or consequences arising from a client's failure to obtain required permits in a timely manner.
Unless explicitly stated in the signed project agreement, the following are excluded from all renovation services provided by AMA Renovations:
If excluded conditions are discovered during a project, a written Change Order will be required to address them before work continues in the affected area.
AMA Renovations provides a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of project completion on all services performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship directly attributable to our work.
This warranty does not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@amarenovations.ca within the warranty period. AMA Renovations will assess the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Either party may terminate the project agreement by providing written notice to the other party. The following conditions apply upon cancellation:
AMA Renovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or property damage not directly caused by our work.
The total liability of AMA Renovations under any project agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the client under that specific agreement. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario law.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
